Due to shipping regulations, this item will ship WITHOUT liquid bagged with moist paper towels. Upon receiving it, fill with 70% isopropyl alcohol (available at most drugstores). Can be displayed in another container if desired. If alcohol gets cloudy replace with new 70% isopropyl alcohol. Keep away from excessive sun.
